Common questions

Cancel or manage a subscription — iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Lumi Tales. Or in the app: Settings → Manage subscription.
Restore a purchase — in the app: Settings → Restore purchases (also on the paywall).
Delete your data — in the app: Settings → Delete my data. Your child's profile and saved stories live only on your device.
